Improved “dual action” cleaning—designed for high-temperature engineering resins

High performance, engineered grade incorporating our innovative 4X technology. This dynamic product acts on the
process boundary layers as well as negative flow and stagnation points. Its unique formula allows for safe removal
of resin, color, carbon, additives and impurities without abrasives or chemicals. 4X technology delivers effective
purging at elevated heat profiles with reduced purge oxidation and lower smoke emission.

• Applications: Injection — cold and hot runners, Extrusion — profile, sheet, cast film & compounding
• Temperature Range: 575°F – 715°F (302°C – 379°C)
• Types of Resins: High-temperature engineering resins (ie: PEEK, PEI, PPS, PPA, PSU, etc.)
• Minimum Clearance: 0.030 inch or 0.75 mm
• Amount of Purge: 1 to 2 times barrel capacity (actual amount needed depends upon machine conditions)
